Where Horse and Rider Find Balance, Confidence, and Connection

My mission is to create true harmony between horse and rider through balance, energy, and relaxation, blending the principles of dressage with the understanding of natural horsemanship. Every step of the training process is guided by the horse’s perspective, with deep respect for their physical comfort, mental confidence, and emotional well-being. I am committed to developing willing, confident partnerships where communication is clear, trust is strong, and both horse and rider can grow together in connection and harmony.
I envision a future where horses are truly seen and heard in their training, and riders learn to create willing, confident partners through softness, clarity, and connection rather than force or tension.
Training with me is centered on building a partnership where both horse and rider feel confident, understood, and supported. I combine classical dressage principles with the awareness and feel of natural horsemanship, creating a program that develops the horse’s body, mind, and emotional balance together.
Lessons focus on relaxation first, because true balance and energy can only develop in a horse that feels safe and understood. Riders learn how to communicate with clarity and softness, improving timing, feel, and effectiveness so the horse can respond willingly rather than from pressure or tension.
Every horse is an individual, so I adapt my approach to meet each partnership where they are. Whether we are developing basics, rebuilding confidence, or refining higher-level work, the foundation remains the same: thoughtful communication, correct biomechanics, and respect for the horse’s perspective.
My goal is not just better performance, but a horse who feels confident in their work and a rider who understands how to support their horse physically, mentally, and emotionally — creating harmony that lasts far beyond the lesson.
I am an FEI rider with 30 years of experience in classical dressage and natural horsemanship. I currently compete at Prix St. George and have recently completed Part A of the USDF “L” Education Program, with Part B planned.
